B2ST wins triple crown on M! COUNTDOWN + OTHER PERFOMANCES

ft island celebrating b2st's triple crown!

b2st was so happy!

yoesob!

Mnet’s “M! Countdown” is back with another episode of great performances and musical treats.
Besides the usual stages on the show today, there were comebacks for Sunny Hill and 4MEN, whileKim Hyun Joong made his debut as a solo artist. Elsewhere, Japanese pop and R&B singer Thelma Aoyama performed a special stage with girl group 4minute.
It was a battle between F.T. IslandB2ST, and Baek Ji Young for the #1 spot on “M! Countdown” today, and in the end, it was B2ST who clinched their first-ever triple crown win! Congratulations to B2ST!

FT ISLAND's MINHWAN is a KARA FANBOY

No, F.T. Island’s Minhwan didn’t have a confession on a Variety show, but people say actions are louder than words… and here’s an example of the former.
As Kara was finishing up their performance on August 13th’s M! Countdown, F.T. Island was set to perform immediately after. However, Minhwan seemed to be more concentrated on KARA than his own performance. As F.T. Island’s song started he was caught by surprise and immediately turned around with a shocked looked on his face. He started to play the drums, but he seemed like he couldn’t get enough of Kara, because he looked back at them two more times… even as the performance began! It’s pretty funny, check it out below (Thanks to melinda for the tip).

FT ISLAND (Comeback Stage)

After a long hiatus, the F.T. Island boys kicked off their comeback promotions through tonight’s episode of ‘M! Countdown‘.
Since it’s their first Korean work in almost a year, the boys aptly named their third mini album, “RETURN”. F.T. Island has been actively promoting in Japan, and still are, to some extent.
Their title track, “Hello Hello” is a fast-paced rock track that records at 200 BPM. With an added acoustic effect, the song is definitely a refreshing rock track that’s perfect for the summer season.
The title and lyrics are about a man who’s unwilling to bid farewell to his lost lover by greeting her with a “hello hello” instead of a “goodbye.”
Check out their comeback below!
